Description of the villa rental
3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms + 2 flats with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is 200 m2, built in 1890 and restored in 2000. It is perfectly positioned with panoramic view on the Golfe Juan’s bay. In the spacious garden of 2500 m2 you can enjoy the colour and ambience of this wonderful part of Provence. The house has a beautiful 35 m2 terrace where you will delight to have breakfasts and dinners.
Kitchen/dinner room is fully equipped in traditional Provencal style. Nice living room (30m2) with a fireplace and TV (with international channels).
An old made stair leads up to the first floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single room with 2 bathrooms. The ceilings are decorated with authentic frescos.
On the last floor you will find a large bibliotheca with a private double bedroom and bathroom.
The house faces south, with superb views over the sea and the mountains, from all rooms. A villa designed for easy living and a great home base for exploring Provence and the Côte d’Azur.
In addition, the Villa has two lovely flats with their own accommodations.
The villa is located just two minutes drive from the hill-top village of Vallauris, which is located just north of Golfe Juan village, in a region famous for its pottery and perfume. We are at 10 minutes from Cannes and Antibes and 25 minutes from Nice airport. The area is a wonderful combination of beautiful countryside, charming hill-top villages, and all the sophistication of Nice and Cannes.

Most of the bedrooms are south facing and provide incredible views, especially of the sunrise over the Cap d’Antibes! There are several sitting and dining areas inside and outside so you can choose whether you want to sit and eat inside or on the terrace. The mature garden has a variety of trees including Eucalyptus, Mimosas, Olives.
About the area: La Villa la Corniche is located in Vallauris / Golfe-Juan on the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur) between Nice and Cannes. The Côte d’Azur is well located between the Provence area and the Italian border, a perfect home base for day trips to Vingtimillia in Italy as well as St-Tropez in Var. Not so far away, you can easily go to the Var itself, a less touristy area, which is full of scenic countryside, charming villages, towns and interesting sights to explore. The area benefits from a mild climate and an exceptional amount of sunny days. You can easily rent a boat in the Golfe Juan harbour and sail to the Lérins islands or St Tropez. Multiple golfs courses are surrounded the area. Typical villages can be visited as Moungins Village, Vence, Gourdon. Vallauris is famous for its pottery and for the fact that Picasso remains several years in this place. Our Villa is an altitude of 150m which is very suitable during summer.
Other information: We provide pillows, duvets and bedlinen for all the beds together with hand towels, one bath towel per guest.
